Best dress shop in Roanoke. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. I have shopped at Panache for years, and the sales ladies have been very nice, and exceptionally helpful. They always welcome you into the store, they are never rude, and they are always willing to give you special treatment. I wish other sales people would take a lesson from the Panache sales people. Thanks to Panache, I have found the best jeans, and I don't need to look anywhere else. Their clothes are always up-to-date, always the best quality, and last for years. They also alter in the store; no one else provides that service. If you want to look fashionable, then shop in this very modern style store.

Worst dress shop in Roanoke. The previous reviewer summed this place up perfectly. The sales lady is pretentious and rude for no reason-the store isn't very nice and the selection is last season's (or older.)

Bad selection, Worse customer service. I have been to Panache 3 times since I moved to Roanoke. I purchased a very lovely Nicole Miller cocktail dress the second time I was in the store and have regretted it ever since due to the rude saleperson that worked there. On all three occasions the same saleslady was working and she didn't even acknowledge me and talked on the phone the entire time. I have found that their inventory is always the same and they never stock the brand new this season dresses. Basically they are pretentious for no good reason (the store isn't even nice,) their inventory isn't very good (and is overpriced compared to other boutiques in town,) and the saleslady is just awful. Save yourself the headache and go to Frances Kahn or just order from Neiman's if you have the time
