Fallon's always comes through!. I have ordered flowers from Fallon's for over thirty years. They have NEVER disappointed. I no longer live in Roanoke - I simply call the toll free number, they have all of my data on file -tell them what I want, and it is there - on time, beautiful, fresh and perfect. I recently sent roses - they lasted beautifully, I am told, for 12 days! I am not easy to please - but, somehow, Fallon's always does!

poor service. totally disappointed with the service. badly wrapped delivery, flowers falling out, and then they sent a poor replacement. then when i called about the service, they were not apologetic, even tried to make it my boyfriends fault for picking out what he did. the last two times i've received flowers from them, they only last 3 days. i will never use them again.
