Poor Customer Service. I have purchased several appliances from Appliance Outlet, but NEVER again. My washing machine broke within three of weeks of purchase. It gushes water everywhere. Even all over my floor. I took pictures and have only ran a couple of very light loads since I purchased it. A repairman was scheduled and I had to get a relative to wait at my home for the repairman due to my work schedule. The repairman wasn't sure, but thought the switches might be bad. He was supposed to be ordering parts. I have yet to hear back from him or anyone at the store and it has been several days. Just a phone call would have been nice to give me an update on the status of my repair. When I finally called the store, I was informed it was a manufacturer problem and that it was the repairman's responsibility to correct the problem and contact me. I asked if it would be possible to get a replacement washer and was told that only if it was a lemon under the lemon law and that even then it had to break down three times before it could be replaced. It has been horrible dealing with this company. Everyone with the exception of the nice repairman has been abrupt and unconcerned. As of now, I am still waiting on my repair and it has been a week. In the meantime, I have a washer that can not be used. Please save yourselves a lot of trouble and stay away from Appliance Outlet. They do not stand behind the products they sell and do not provide any quality customer service.
Not very customer friendly or inviting. The number I called won't accept numbers who are listed as private. Not very professional. First thing I think is they owe so much money they don't want collectors calling them and/ or they have a bunch of customers who call because their service is so horrible and they have to block all those calls.
Great Company!. Very friendly salesman Steve- recommended by a friend from work who bought appliances for his new home. Delivery guys worked extra hard moving old refrigerator to basement and never complained. Fridge fit great, saved over a hundred bucks from similar model at Lowes!
worst service ever. My worst retail experience ever. We ordered 5 appliances after being assured we would receive prompt service if ever there was a problem. Turns out they only service our area once a week and you have to wait at home all day because they won't specify a time. In one month we have had to replace the refrigerator door and two motors. They take no responsibility for instillation. The manager promised to return my call, and a week later he still had not. If you are looking for any level of service, this is the last place you should go.
