Well Recommended Business. I had my computer for several years and all of sudden it would not come on. I called Commonwealth Computer services and asked them about it they told me to bring it in. I got it back the next day it just needed a good cleaning out. Thanks a bunch.

Save yourself a trip - Commonwealth Computer is a RipOff. They messed up my computer, charged me over and above what they quoted, noticed that the tax applied was 24%, and the woman at the store kept calling me, and calling me, and left nasty messages. When I went to get my computer, she overcharged me $235.76 - I can get another netbook for that price!

Crummy Service, Bilking customers, Does not fix computer. My aunt is having difficulty with this computer repair. They demanded a deposit and didn't give a receipt. My aunt being a trusting southern lady, did not question about the receipt. The owner a woman named Kathryn denied she gave a $50 deposit when she brought her computer in. Would not give her back her computer because she said my aunt "must" pay close to $300. Her computer was an old laptop not worth anything, however, she couldn't but another one right now and uses it sparingly. DO NOT EVER USE Commonwealth Computers in Roanoke, VA they are a rip off and do not do the work, and bilk customers!

Horrid Service-AVOID AT ALL COST. incredibly poor service. never take even a plastic toy computer to them.

Warning. I took my computer there 10 days ago and informed them I had to have it back by April 5th at the VERY latest as I had a seminar to prep for on the 6th. Guess what? Today is the 5th and I'm typing on my husband's laptop. I am so angry at these lowly people. Do not take you computer there -- other places are better. Walk in there and you'll be shocked at the absolute mess!! I think it's just a bunch of old hippy geeks who work when they feel like it. They don't care a lick about you. I may be out of a job because of this. So, therefore: WARNING-- do not use this unprofessional so-called business!!!!!!
