This is poorly run, the help is brainless and it's hot.... The last time I went to this location (prior to this evening), I walked in and headed to the ice-cream counter. A couple walked in after me and stood at the donut counter (Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins share the space). The couple behind me was waited on before me while another employee putzed around doing nothing as I waited and waited. I finally walked out.

Tonight I decided to give it another try with my granddaughter. She was deciding on a hard ice-cream flavor so I went ahead an ordered a soft-serve. The idiot served up the smallest, most melted cone of soft-serve that I've ever received. Any place else would have tried until the soft-serve was more solid or proclaimed the machine as out of order. I was too tired to protest so I accepted it but my face had to show my disqust. Well, y'all won in terms of getting paid for this crap but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Oh, and by the way, I live just five minutes from your shop.

The place his always hot which I find completely stupid since it is half ice-cream and half donuts.

Keep up the bad service...you won't be able to survive unless you change your business practices. Good Luck with that....

Disappointment. I sent in my 17 year old daughter to get 3 number 5's with orange juice and a box of 50 munchkins. She walked in and grabbed the juice and proceeded to order with a young lady...she went off to make the sandwiches while this other lady jumps in and starts asking 3 different people what they wanted..not only is that impossible to understand, but she wasn't even the one who was helping them, she would ask what they wanted and make the other employees actually make the food. She was rude in the wayy she was handling the customers and the way she was talking to them. I didn't want/ask for coffee, yet she got them ready and handed them to my daughter who CLEARLY wanted orange juice instead of coffee. She didn't even give her time to talk and walked off asking other people what they wanted. Keep in mind she wasn't even the lady who was supposed to be helping out my daughter, she just jumped in and thought she was in control because she was the shift manager.

Overall, this isn't the first time Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins at 3620 Franklin Road in Roanoke, Va 24014 has dissapointed me. Everytime I go in there the employee's look like they don't want to be there and they let it show in the way they deal with their customers.

Excellent glazed donuts, traditional donuts and iced or regular coffee. The glazed donuts are light and thoroughly cooked with sugar glazing that is hardened and dry as opposed to the ones from other places that are heavier and covered with a sticky sugar coating. All their donuts are freshly made. The coffe selections are uniformly good whether you get iced, regular or latte varieties. Service is quick and friendly, and the bathrooms are very clean and well kept.
