franklin rd mcdonalds. i recently visited the franklin rd mc donalds in roanoke va i was very upset at first because i was being ignored then an employee named felisha came up and took my order in the most timely manner it is my personal opinion that if all there employees were this professional it would really help there business an they would not have as many unsastified customers
