Fantastic Party Supply Store!. My family and I have used Captain Party several times now and they always have what we've needed.

They have an incredible selection of things you would not thing to get.

Always very friendly service with a smile!

Beware of the customer service here. Bought 12 helium filled ballons, paid extra to have them treated, so they would last longer. Picked them up 3 hours before party time. 4 ballons popped before party ever started. 2 days later the remaining ballons had popped, on their own. Called and spoke with owner she insinuated that it must have been something that I did despite the fact that I told her I did nothing. There was no drastic temperature change, except for the 15 minute drive to get them from their place to party place.

I have dealt with Capt Party for 3 years never had an issue with their products. However due to their lack striving for customer satisfaction and lack of concern for losing a customer I will not ever shop there again.

The Best Party Supply Place In The Roanoke Territory. Captain Party is the best party place! Their customer service is amazing. The amount of supplies they have is awesome. Captain Party is my favorite party store!
