I LOVED my experience at Les Cheveux Salon! Irene is the absolute BEST hair stylist I have been to in years. She listened to my ideas, gave her advise, and then with precision transformed my look by creating the perfect color combination and style for me.

Les Cheveux has superior customer service. Due to bad weather I was late for my appointment, and because of the embarrassment, thought about no going at all. But I kept thinking about the stylist who had set aside the time for me, and so I went in ready to face the consequences. However, everyone was so understanding. And when I turned to face the stylist, Irene, she was there with a smile.

This was my first visit to Les Cheveux and was quite surprised with all they have to offer. Besides the obvious, such as Spa treatments, nails, makeup, and yes, even a man cave area for the guys, they also sell Philosophy, Smash Box, and many other high-end products.

It was a real treat to visit, and to now consider myself a customer, of Les Cheveux!

Awesome. Brandy is the best stylist I've ever had-I recommend her to everyone. She really knows about the products she uses and works with your hair to make it the best it can possibly be. I don't understand these comments about bad customer service-I've always had excellent customer service and never had to wait more than a minute. The girls at the front desk are always really sweet (and have great makeup, btw) and Nicole the massage therapist is also really good. Also I love the new spa and the huge new makeup selection.

Not good!. I went a few times to their day spa to have their aesthetician do micro dermabrasion on my face. If anything, my face was worse than before I began. Also, their new male aesthetician (creepy!!!) made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't care how "nice" everyone makes him out to be, he is totally unprofessional when it comes to his job!

Ruined a very special day. i had a horrible experience too. went there to get my hair cut for my sister's wedding and they ruined it. i couldn't get it fixed b4 the wedding. my nails were really bad too.

what a waste.

not going back. they really do have bad customer service. stylist was overbooked. i waited an hour past my appointment time. cut was ok, but was rushed. nail people were gossip whores. I won't be going back

LOVE THE NEW SPA SECTION. I had a wonderful, relaxing facial at Les Cheveux. They have a separtate Day Spa now in Towers Mall. They are in the back by Weight Watchers. It was truly relaxing!!! My face feels wonderful.

This esthetician even did extractions, something I hadn't had anyone do in a long time and they didn't hurt!!!

I will definitely be going back!!

best cut!. wow. finally. found a competent cut and colorist at the same place. Called for an appt and got Brandy. She worked out the yellow color I gave myself the week before. She told me like it was, and actually talked me into a more reasonalble look. I will be back!

Her personality was compatible, and she really made me laugh. If you have a good idea of what you want and a clean place, please go!

Best Body Wave Perm EVER. Tanya at Les Cheveux was absolutely fantastic.

I first went in for a consultation with Tanya, and she told me what she could and couldn't do with my hair. (I have fine hair, but a lot of it, and a slight natural wave.) She was very honest about how she could not promise exact results since every person's hair is different. She even took notes about want kind of look I wanted and the types of techniques we talked about.

I was so impressed with her knowledge and willing to discuss all options with me that I made an appointment with her the very next day.

She was incredibly helpful and willing to be creative to achieve the look I wanted. For instance, we did not perm the top of my head where I had short layers, and we made the top layer of rods not as tight against my head to give a more natural look without the bumpiness all the way to my scalp.

My hair looks even better today, and I can't thank her enough!! I feel sure I'll be back for regular trims and styling.

Great Stylists=Great Hair. I called Les Cheveux for a trim after seeing their storefront beside Fresh Market. Brandy cut and styled my hair and did an amazing job. She is so knowledgable and really showed me how to work with my hair and products to get the look I want. And the cut she did is awesome and dries faster than ever before. She also introduced me to their awesome line of Bumble & Bumble products. I highly recommend Les Cheveux and Brandy in particular.

My bridal hair looked fantastic!. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Les Cheveux in Roanoke. Brandy was my hairstylist and did my makeup as well. I went in for a trial a couple of weeks before the wedding ceremony. I had a fairly vague idea of what my hair would look like, but Brandy worked with my face shape and thick hair to come up with something classic and glamorous. We came up with an updo that looked effortless and swept up. My makeup also looked natural and radiant. Brandy even chose a lipstick shade that looked good on me even though I almost never wear lipstick. I felt very free to express concerns and give suggestions about certain details of my updo and makeup to make both fit me, my personality, and the style of the wedding (which was a simple, at-home affair). And by the way, Brandy is hilarious! I really enjoyed our conversation. The hair and makeup turned out great!

When I came back on the morning of the wedding, Brandy told me that she has been thinking about how to do my hair for the last two weeks. That truly blew me away! The wedding hair and makeup looked even better than during trial. Everything looked more polished, hair was securely held by all those bobby pins :) I got lots of compliments on my look.

I highly recommend Brandy for hair and makeup if you have a special event coming up. The prices at a salon are also very reasonable.
