Fantastic Find. I visit relatives in Roanoke about twice a year, and I always stop by Alligator Alley when I am there. Despite the few times I visit per year, the manager there always remembers me! The customer service is fantastic, and I always feel taken care of but not smothered. They honestly love their products, too.

Here is the great thing about Alligator Alley: They carry quality brands (Lacoste, Vineyard Vines, Eliza B) and they actually go on sale. I would pay full price for a lot of the clothing there just because the selection is great, but when things go on sale they are actually on sale. And with pricier brands like these, it means that you can get some great finds! Also, they carry most sizes.

This is a place to check out if you want quality, preppy clothing with fun and helpful customer service. Plus side, you might end up saving more than if you just shopped on the retailer's websites!

Allligator Alley. They have really cute clothes, unusual for Roanoke. Very helpful workers, they try their best to find everything you need.

Love 'em. Alligator Alley has always had a great supply of amazing clothes. They have a variety of sizes... I've never had a problem with that. They are always super helpful too, and made sure I had a reliable place to take my new jeans to be hemmed. Very impressed, love them :)

Great brands, not such a great selection. I have tried to shop there for various gifts, but their size and style selections for females are not very good. As the only Vineyard Vines retailer in the region, their selections is awful. I have had to go online and order through the Vineyard Vines website. I'm not looking for obscure styles or sizes.
