Best auto service in town. I have been going to First Team Auto Mall for the past 10 years and have purchased 3 cars over that time. While my kids lived in town, I always have taken the cars to 1st Team for service. Sure, I guess you can get them serviced for a couple of dollars less from Joe's Garage but you would not get the professional personal service I have gotten from Ted Arven (Subaru Service Manager). He has always explained what has needed to be done in real English.…

Friendly, Communicable, not $$$.
As a student at VT, I was reluctant to go to the dealer. Anyways I had the CEL light on and a few other things needed. With a four hour wait there are plenty of things to do within walking distance
(putt-putt), Kroger, public library).
First Team was very friendly, fixed the CEL, and even gave me a 10% discount off the ENTIRE bill, considering the coupon I brought could only top about 3/4 of the generous amount the outside service man gave.
Would go here again.…
Polite and quick service department. Purchasing with First Team was a very pleasant experience. I would use First Team again if the need were to arise.
