My true rating would be a negative
star. I have tried 4 times to rectify a screwed up order. The staff is rude and treats customers like a burden that's interrupting their day. The 2nd time I called in to use my free pizza coupons from the main office, I had to place several phone calls to check the status of our delivery only to find out 2 hours later that the driver had given our food to someone else and it was after 9pm on a school night when the manager asked if I wanted them to try again. No thank you, I went to McDonalds and fed the kids. I called again last night, still trying to use those free coupons from the main office. The girl that answered was incredibly rude and insisted that I was not entitled to free pizza. I eventually spoke with the manager and expressed my concerns. We received our order this time, but the all three pizzas were detroyed. Each one was completely smushed into the side of the box. Please don't waste your time. You will not be satisfied with the product or the service. If you are in Salem, order from Papa Johns. I can not stress how terribly this entire experience has been. Please don't take a chance.

This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies..
In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.
