Horrible Customer Service

Words cannot even begin to explain how horrible the customer service is. The girl sat at the computer and played solitaire the entire time I was in the store. Then, they lost a package I dropped off and when I called about it the manager REFUSED to help me because I didn't purchase the label from their store and therefore they didn't "make any money" off of me so why would he help me. They need new management and a new staff at that.

• Cons: complete lack of customer service
