The Rod Shop is Horrible!

The customer service at the Rod Shop is horrible. I worked in customer service for several years and would never have dreamed of treating customers in such a disrespectful manner. Beware if you finance more than one car with them. If you get behind on payments on one vehicle, they will attempt to re-possess both vehicles (even if the other is current on payments). I will not criticize everyone who works there because I have only had the displeasure of working with Bonnie. Buyer Beware! You are in for a huge headache with the Rod Shop.
