nightmare. Requested some medical supplies, stated that I was running low. Liberty representative said 'no problem, you're local-expect delivery in no more than 2 days'. Here it is 5 days later and no supplies. I called today and finally spoke to supervisor-she said shipment is in KY (I live in VA) and to expect it in about 5-7 days. When I told her I was told 2 day delivery she said I should have requested UPS. I told the first person I needed supplies NOW...why didn't she send them the fastest method? Stay away from this company, they are disorganized and unreliable
Payments not posted!!!!!. I have received 3 bills for a payment that I made. I called and spoke to A/R rep Ronald Reeker when I rec'd the first bill after my payment was made . I told him I have my cancelled check, offered to send him a copy of it and he stated that the posting department is behind. I have since received two more bills for the same payment. I have left another message with his voicemail.
Frustrated. I've called 3 times now, each time with unmet promises. My son is insulin dependent diabetic. The company keeps promising to send him insulin pump supplies and they don't come with no reason why. And I get promised a call back with no call back. Now, searching online this is common practice. It totally rips your heart out as your child is totally dependent to live on these supplies and to get such a flip response from the company kills you. What do you in this health care/insurance night mare!?
