I would like dispute this claim that Joan R has made.So i investigated the complaint and i would like dispute it. We at spa doctors have thousands of customers and they are all very satisfied with our services. The claims this Joan R made on Feb 13, of 2012 are completely false. We have had multiple runnins with this customer and her strange behavior from her cussing our secretary out because she didnt like the price we sold our hottub covers at! To on this service call to giving us attitude the moment we stepped on her property. She has a very old hot tub and we told her upfront she was going to continue to have problems with to try and save her money but she didnt want to hear it She was very rude as soon as we tried to discuss this with her.
All we were trying to do was save her money. She has posted outright lies and is purposely misleading people with this complaint because of her unhappiness.

Although I have used this company several times as it is simpler to not change, I find the attitude of the techs less than acceptable. They will not thoroughly check over the machine and will walk off the job if you question anything. This is simply not worth the effort to continue with the harassment shelled out. There work is OK but others must be easier to work with for any money.
They are critical of customers but the anger problem with the tech is ballistic. He will walk off the job in an heartbeat wasting your time. Life is too short for such temper tantrums.
