upset customer,due to no heat in theater. I took my daughter and a friend to see the hannah montana movie at salem valley 8 on the evening of 2/2/08 and paid $36.99 for the two of them to see the movie, and I went to see mad money which was $4.89 and of course we got popcorn and drinks and that equaled around $21.00. I went into the movie (mad money) and I was freezing and so was everyone else,so i went and asked the young man at the concession stand why it was so cold in the movie room;and he informed that the heater had a problem and stopped working that morning so after paying around $53.00 I was very upset especially since they did not inform anyone and there were not any signs posted about the whole theater not having any heat.

I would have taken my daughter and her friend to another theater if i would known about the heat issue.

I have tried to call the theater several times to make a complaint, however either the phone just rings off the hook and not answered or you get some teenager that cannot help you. I have been going to Salem Valley 8 for years, however that has done it for me and my daughter,most of the teens that work there are nice so I would assume it would have to be poor management!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Theater in Salem. This Movie theater is poor quality, the seats are un comfortable and the movie always starts late. The movie theater is run by a bunch of rude teenagers, and the popcorn is nasty. I guess you get what you pay for here. If you want quality for a higher price try Valley View Grande.
