WORST RESTAURANT IN VIRGINIA. I have had the worst consecutive dining experiences at this restaurant for the last few weeks. This El Rodeo without a doubt has THE WORST servers ever put on the earth. My husband, son & I had lunch there a few weeks ago & our waiter never came back to refill my husband or sons drink so the 3 of us finished off my water together which was GREAT. A week after that I placed a to go order w/ a girl who spoke no english & ended up with the wrong order. Earlier last week I had lunch there with 2 girls I work with & once again ran out of drink & was late back to work since my waiter never came back with our check. Now today REALLY takes the cake. (Where I work we have a choice of McDonalds or El Rodeo) But anyway my friend & I get seated so we wait to order drinks & our waiter never came back so we just got up & got our food. I am NOT kidding 20 minutes goes by & no drink order or chips & salsa. We finally track a guy down & ask if we can have a drink & he got irritated & goes "I will find waiter" & ran back to the kitchen, when he came back out turns out HE is our waiter & takes our drink order (once we are finished with our lunch) & we also asked for chips. Well he sat our drinks down & said some1 is bringing chips. Well we waited for chips & our bill & neither ever came. Once my friend & I were officially 10 minutes late for work we found a girl & asked for a Manager to which she replied there is not one here. Anyway, we asked if she could get our bill & about 5 minutes later a guy who wasn't our waiter wrote down our bill. Well I ended up asking the guy at the register what their managers name was & he replied I am manager so my friend & I told him how late we were for work & how bad everything was & he was just flat out rude did not even apologize or say thanks & gave us our change. I don't know what is wrong w/ that restaurant but they need better mgmt & waiters that understand the need for a drink while they eat. All in all WORST RESTAURANT IN VIRGINIA
