Best Pizza in Roanoke. The pizza is amazing, but unless you order carryout be prepared to wait forever to eat in a horribly crowded, loud restaurant. But the pizza IS worth it

Rude Waitstaff. My family loves the pizza, it really is delicious, however, the service is unbelievably awful. The waitresses which we have had the last several visits were uninterested and bungled our order EACH TIME we went. When we received a pepperoni and ham pizza instead of a veggie pizza, the waitress insisted that we had made a mistake when ordering despite the fact that I do not eat meat. Another rolled her eyes when we asked for napkins and a soda refill. My family will not be going back to Grace's. The owners are letting a rude waitstaff ruin a cute neighborhood restaurant with delicious food.

Awesome. I LOVE Grace's pizza. I eat there before catching a movie at the Grandin Theater all the time. Fast and friendly service. My mother loves it too, so I believe that says it all.

We love the Pizza at Graces!!!!!!. My family LOVES Graces Place

It's a great place to bring the kids and have a relaxing meal. My boys love the pizza but the subs are my favorite. The bread they use is the best I have ever had. The whole family gives Graces Place the Best Pizza in Roanoke award.

VERY Disappointing!. VERY disappointing! Visiting family in the area and heard about this place from them. Had a simple special request to cut the meat on my pizza into small pieces and I was told that "it comes the way it comes"! The waiter actually asked the manager working in the kitchen and this was the best they could come up with. It seems 30 seconds with a knife is a little too much to make a customer happy. With customer service like that it is no wonder places like CiCi's and Papa John's are succeeding (where service and value are the primary reasons for returning).

Best pizza in Roanoke. Grace's Place is the best pizza that I have had in Roanoke. It is the closest thing that we have found to the pizza that we loved so much when we lived in Brooklyn. Family friendly dining with a great wait staff. There are even a few tables to sit outside when the weather is nice. If you want good pizza go to Grace's!
