Wonderful Selection of Shoes. I loved this store. The one I had been going to for good quality, comfortable shoes closed and I didn't know this store was here. At this store you can get comfortable shoes that are very stylish.

I went to the store on Saturday and bought 2 pairs of shoes. I was asked several times if they could help me and when I said I wanted to look around, they gave me the space to look without interrupting. me by asking if they could help me. When I was ready, I got the attention of someone and they immediately started pulling shoes for me.

Great selection and great customer service. They were busy, but if you just waited your turn, they were all very helpful.

good selection bad customer service. In Roanoke is really had to get good shoes for kids, I went to Cobbler's Wife thinking I will get good shoes, but I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and it did not happen, there was a saleswoman with a couple that looked at me but never asked me if I needed help or to wait for a minute, then a older man walk by me and my girls and instead of asking if we needed help just gave us this ugly look because we were on his way, this store has really bad customer service, if you go there don't forget to wear to wear your fake Louis Vuitton purse and maybe you will get some help.
