Overpriced & Not worth it!. While I think the general services were nice, overall they charge much more than other places for the same services. And, I had received a Gift Certificate from my husband that still had $80 of services left on it. I noticed it had recently expired, so I called & asked if they could allow me to use it. They said no. That's money thrown away. They could have been nice & just let me use it, but now I will never go back there & will discourage others as well. Why is there even an expiration on it?!

Big Disappointment. I stopped off to have a massage while traveling through Roanoke on business. I haven't been in Roanoke for several years and was so looking forward to a massage at Pure Spa. I was so disappointment in how much this beautiful spa has declined in it's level of service. It didn't surprise me when I found out that Mary had sold the business. What a shame. I'll never go back.

Not a relaxing massage. My recent massage was spoiled by the loud conversation in the treatment room next to mine. I asked my masseuse if she could knock on their door and ask them to be more considerate, but she said she was afraid she would get in trouble. So, instead of having a calm, serene atmosphere which is a reasonable expectation during a massage, I left upset and stressed. No compensation was offered when I told the receptionist about my unsatisfactory experience, just an apology.

I canceled my next appointment and won't be back.

Good treatments but. Had a lovely quality pedicure with the exception of the overwhelming feeling of insincere customer service. I like people to be genuine with me, especially when you go somewhere to relax.

Lovely experience, but won't return. SO yes, its beautiful and relaxing and soothing...everything you want to see in a spa. The service providers are highly skilled. However, the overall experience was seriously lacking in personality. I know this is just me, and that others enjoy no one speaking to them and treating them as if they are gods among men and if that's how you live your life you will be thrilled with PureSpa. I actually found that the people at PureSpa took this behavior to such extremes that I was more stressed out after a pedicure, massage and facial than when I went in. I've had spa services all over the country from a wide range of providers, luxery down to bare bones, but the vibe at PureSpa just didn't do it for me.

RELAXING!. My husband recently purchased a spa package for me at Pure Spa. I have been to many spas across the U.S. and on cruise ships. Pure Spa is by far the very best service oriented spa I have ever been to! From the most relaxing environment to the friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable staff my experience has been positive every time! I would recommend it to anyone!

Great place to relax your mind. After visiting several spas in the area, I found this one to be the best one for the price and location. I like it that the therapist here never talk to you during the massage. They let you relax and unwind.

Awesome Personal Service!. I purchased 2 massages for my friend and she is STILL raving about the wonderful, personal service she had there; both times. Mary has a 1st Class spa, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for these services. From the time you enter, there is an air of relaxation, pampering and comfort of the customer and their needs. They make you feel like its all about YOU. This spa was beautifully designed and decorated. They have a picture of me taken in the waiting area showing me ASLEEP! I keep telling Mary she should use it for advertisement....Mary and her staff are great people with the best personal services as their goal. Go visit them and see for yourself!

Love this spa!. Every time I go back east, my daughter and I make a point to visiting Purespa. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is very professional. Makes a great mother/daughter day out!! We've tried some of the skin care products they have there and use them all th time. My only regrets with Purespa is they aren't located where I live in Albuquerque, and I don't get to come to Roanoke often enough to enjoy their services!

I like the holistic approach, friendly staff, five star treatments of Pure spa.. I enjoy going to Pure Spa because of the unique serene ambiance. As i walk in to the door I can smell the aroma that every spa should have- soothing. The staff look professional and gives five star treatment. The place is clean,neat and organize. I have been to different spas in Roanoke and when I first had my first service at Pure Spa, it was uhh and ahhhh. The BEST.
