Best Sushi. Ben Gui offers the best Sushi in Roanoke and in my opinion probably #1 or #2 in the United States based on places I have eaten. Very clean, Ben and Family are great and very gracious. Lots of great varieties and great suggestions from Ben on what to try. I don't think they would serve anything, if it was not up to their #1 standard.

Wonderful Customer Service. Any restaurant where the chefs are visible, ask for your name and actually remember it when you go back is worth many trips back to the restaurant!

The ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is intimate but casual.

It's easy to talk with the staff and they are always ready with a recommendation to suit your taste. They haven't steered me wrong once!

I recommend this restaurant to anyone living in or visiting the Roanoke area!

Best Sushi in VA. This is undoubtedly the best sushi restaurant anywhere near Roanoke. It might not be saying much but the sushi can be compared to some of the top sushi restaurants even in big cities. When you walk in you are welcomed with a warm and knowledgeable staff who are eager to serve some of the best Asian food around. The the chefs are the super stars of the restaurant serving not only incredible sushi but unique creations that anyone (even if you say you don't like sushi) can enjoy. I have tried nearly every dish and none leaving you disappointed, even as simple as a California roll. The sake list is extensive but definitely compliments the food. There are quite a few items from the kitchen that all have turned out to be very good as well. The tempura is the best I have ever had. Overall for a sushi restaurant, this place is top notch. If you haven't Ben Gui you really need to check it out. I look forward to this restaurants growth.
