Carrabba's Italian Grill originated from a love of food and family. Founders Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola designed the menu from generations of their own family's recipes, which are prepared from scratch daily in an exhibition-style kitchen. The cuisine is based on traditional, Sicilian fare with an inventive twist of bold flavors, which are inspired by the founders' Southern upbringing. Our dishes are created from only the freshest, seasonal ingredients and many favorite recipes are cooked on our signature wood-burning grill.

Italian extraordinaire! I can hardly resist this place! The decor is cool and comfortable. They aroma is just like what you'd expect from a good Italian restaurant, the smell of roasting garlic and fresh baking bread takes hold of your sense's and carry you away when you are ready to order. The menu has a large selection to choose from so while you scan the menu enjoy dipping that wonderful crusty bread in a perfect combination of Olive oil and seasonings. I would recommend the Chicken Bryan with sun dried tomatoes and topped with goat cheese. I didn't think I'd like it because I am not a big fan of goat cheese, but this was just the right combination and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was good and I'd highly recommend this restaurant.
