Wonderful Customer Service

Any restaurant where the chefs are visible, ask for your name and actually remember it when you go back is worth many trips back to the restaurant!
The ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is intimate but casual.
It's easy to talk with the staff and they are always ready with a recommendation to suit your taste. They haven't steered me wrong once!
I recommend this restaurant to anyone living in or visiting the Roanoke area!

BEST SUSHI LOVE IT and LOVE THE STAFF

This is the Best Sushi Restuarant that I have eaten at.
Great Selection, always fresh, clean and dependable
Very Helpful and will make you anything upon request
Also will give you ideas on what to try. Continue to improve and offer unique and exciting flavors. Ben Gui is not to be missed on a trip to Roanoke
