Not returning ever

My mom took her dog awhile back to this sad excuse for a grooming salon. When we got home we had to wash her feet because it looked and smelt like she had pee'd and walked in it so they must never take the dogs outside for potty break. Her stomach also seemed to be burned I guess from the clippers. Instead of trying to rush the dogs out in an hour they should focus more on the well being of the dog and not getting the dogs in and out for profit.

Ive never had my dog groomed where they were calling in a hour to let me know my dog was going to be ready for pick up in 20min. I was impressed with the service. will be back every two months.

My puppys love that place. the owner and her staff always make me feel at home. My grooms on my pups are always perfect no bleeding nails,ears always clean, cuts are what i want and not want they want to do like other shops. Hope you will give them a try they are great.

Not going back

I dont know if they are stressd or what but as I was about to go in the door there was someone yelling loudly. Loud enough to hear her outside, and just the feeling as I walked in was very uncomfortable. From experience a place of business does not run smoothly with yelling like that for the customer to hear. I do not want my dog being scared to death by yelling all day.

They are extremely rude! The grooming service wasnt bad, but they do not know how to communicate with there customers and I did not feel welcomed. I was not impressed at all
