Bright Services is the worst temp agency in Roanoke. They have a huge application which asks illegal questions about worker's comp claims and age. They put you through 4 hours of testing, and even if you do extremely well, they tell you they might call you if they have anything. You are not allowed to call their office for updates. Tney will not tell you the truth about your chances for a job. AVOID this place at all costs.

This was my first time using a temporary service. I called to get information and their staff was very helpful. I scheduled my appointment and was prepared to spend the necessary time to do the application (was told about 45 min). I completed the application and computer testing. This was a free service, so I did not expect to be guaranteed a job, but it happened! I love my job, the people I work with, and I really feel they took the time to be sure they were offering me a job and company where I would fit! I would definitely recommend Bright Services!

what a waste of time to go do there deal and after hours of your time it turns out to be a waste of time
